Acting as a strategic partner, administrative expert, and employee champion, the HRBP guides both employees and leaders in navigating workplace and employment-related matters.
REQUIRED SKILLS :

Ability to understand the customer's needs, address concerns in a proactive manner, find ways and means to close business deals. This also entails the ability to look for middle ground through building trust and rapport to be able to reach a mutually acceptable agreement with a customer or business associate.
ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
Ability to investigate data, deconstruct it to solve the challenge at hand through critical and logical thinking supported by research and common practices. This too involves resourcefulness and quick mind process in resolving issues.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to transfer and receive communication either in oral or written form. This involves clarity of thoughts and ideas as easily transferred and translated to understanding and delivery of expectations.

Qualifications- College graduate with specialization either in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any management related courses.
- Proven experience in people management of at least 2 to 3 years either in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong background and adequate knowledge on Philippine labor law.
- Has shown good skills in handling and interacting with teams and the leaders.
- Can comfortably communicate and handle work related issues.
- Good analytical skills with a rational mindset and bearing.
