IT SPECIALIST-JDA
Location: Mandaue City, CebuPerks and Benefits: HMO, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Company Uniform, Sick and Vacation leave credits
Rest Day Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Provide technical support for JDA including issue resolution and user assistance
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality and availability
- Assist in data management, integration, and reporting processes
- Document system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Support testing activities for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
Experience: At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or enterprise applications (experience with JDA or similar systems is an advantage)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of enterprise systems, database management, and system integration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and application-related issues
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis is a plus
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for user support
- Ability to document processes and maintain technical records
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
