IT Supervisor

Job Title: IT Supervisor (Cebu)

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, supervisory experience, and a proactive approach to improving IT processes.

Responsibilities:

• IT Operations & Team Supervision
• Supervise a small team of IT staff, ensuring efficient task distribution and performance.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to team members.
• Serve as the point of contact for IT issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
• Infrastructure, Inventory & Deployment
• Oversee the performance and maintenance of networks, systems, and cloud services.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and asset tracking.
• Oversee device provisioning, system deployments, and user setup.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal system downtime.
• Support data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Process Improvement & Technology Support
• Identify and implement process improvements and basic automation solutions.
• Support the use of tools such as RPA, chatbots, and AI where applicable.
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of IT experience, with 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing IT inventory and overseeing deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
