About the role
As an IT Staff (MyTV) you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the internal IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on the MyTV platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for users experiencing issues with the MyTV platform and other internal IT systems
- Monitor the performance and availability of the MyTV platform and associated hardware/software components
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth operation of the MyTV platform
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives related to the MyTV platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Document technical processes and procedures to maintain knowledge-sharing and improve overall efficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies, particularly the MyTV platform
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with users
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver efficient and timely solutions
- A relevant diploma or certification in Information Technology or a related field
