Your Day-to-Day- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and follow up on warm inbound inquiries
- Build rapport with prospects and qualify them based on our criteria
- Log conversations, contact details, and lead status into our CRM platform
- Hit weekly engagement and conversion goals
- Share insights with the team to improve our outreach strategy
- Keep learning we move fast and we love teammates who do too!
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- A diploma or degree (any course) no prior call center experience needed
- Strong English skills both verbal and written
- A confident, friendly phone presence
- Comfort using a computer Google Workspace, web browsing, multitasking across tabs
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) but we'll train you from scratch if needed!
- Able to commute and work onsite at Cebu IT Park
- Open to working under a contractor arrangement
- A go-getter attitude you embrace feedback and love to improve
