Customer Service Representative (with Sales experience)
About the role
Join the talented team at OfficePartners, 360 Inc. as a full-time Customer Service Representative (with Sales background) based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and driving sales through excellent customer service
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in a call centre environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet KPIs
- Fluency in English and the local language(s) spoken in the region
