About the role

Join the talented team at OfficePartners, 360 Inc. as a full-time Customer Service Representative (with Sales background) based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and driving sales through excellent customer service
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet KPIs
  • Fluency in English and the local language(s) spoken in the region
