Sales Development Representative (Onsite)

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, highly motivated, and skilled at building initial client relationships.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on client requirements
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services
• Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the closing/sales team
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions)

• At least 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (BPO experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting, or appointment setting
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus
