We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who thrives in outbound sales and loves turning cold prospects into real business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Cold Outbound Prospecting (70%)- Run daily outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Target industries like construction, utilities, oil & energy, engineering, and manufacturing
- Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale (no spam, no generic messaging)
- Book qualified discovery calls with decision-makers (EHS, HR, Ops leaders)
- Log all activity accurately in HubSpot CRM
- Conduct discovery calls using a proven qualification framework
- Deliver product demos (training provided)
- Close smaller deals (under $10K)
- Coordinate with senior leadership for larger opportunities
- Ensure every prospect moves to the next clear step (demo, pilot, contract, etc.)
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Qualify and convert using the same structured sales process
- Someone who enjoys cold outreach and high-volume sales activity
- Highly coachable and follows structured processes (no freelancing your own method)
- Disciplined and consistent with daily targets and CRM updates
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Tech-comfortable (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.)
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and growth
- 1–3 years in B2B Sales Development, Cold Calling, or Outbound Sales
- OR proven experience in high-volume outreach roles
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- SaaS, subscription sales, or compliance industry experience is a plus
