Role Summary

The HR Operations Support Specialist is a key member of the HR Service Center, providing specialized support in employee lifecycle management using Oracle Core HR. This role handles complex HR transactions, resolves escalated cases, and contributes to HR projects—ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality People & Culture services.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver day-to-day HR operational support focused on employee lifecycle management, ensuring accurate and timely processing in Oracle Core HR and related systems
  • Manage personnel actions such as hires, transfers, promotions, job changes, and compensation updates
  • Maintain high data integrity by validating employee records, assignments, and organizational structures
  • Handle escalated HR inquiries from Country Office HR teams related to Core HR processes
  • Troubleshoot Oracle Core HR issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations through accurate documentation and audit readiness
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles
  • Support HR initiatives such as mass updates, reorganizations, data cleanup, audits, and system enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automation, and overall system efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, with 2+ years specializing in employee lifecycle management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas Center when required
