Sales Executive (Urgent)

Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the industry or market segment. Experience with consultative selling techniques and a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex business challenges and provide solutions. Self-motivated and proactive.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and social media engagement
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling product or service presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular sales reports, and track progress against targets.
