What You’ll Be Doing- Develop new business leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare persuasive proposals and close deals with confidence
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementations
- Maintain long-term client relationships and seek upselling opportunities
- Consistently hit or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Keep your pipeline organized and updated through CRM tools
- Stay current on IT trends, competitors, and market shifts
- Represent AWB at partner events, training sessions, and client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the tech or IT space
- A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail
- A consultative selling approach focused on client success
- Willingness to work onsite in our Cebu office
- Availability to start as soon as possible
