Building Maintenance Staff / Skilled Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and air-conditioning repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair building concerns reported by tenants and admin
- Monitor utility systems such as generators, pumps, lighting, and water systems
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of common areas and facilities
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major repairs and maintenance works
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of tools/materials
- Respond immediately to emergency maintenance concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and property management standards
- Vocational Diploma or TESDA certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Building Technician, or similar role
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Can troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues efficiently
- Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures
- Willing to do fieldwork and shifting schedule if needed
- Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tasks
- Good work attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
