Business Development Officer (Cebu)

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the General Manager, directly responsible in managing feasibility studies in reference to a real estate project’s financial, legal and technical aspects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES Evaluates sites and project concepts for potential development- Undertake and manage project conceptualization stage as part of the overall development process in coordination with technical and legal department
- Assist in setting up the project/developmentorganization and/or corporation
- Coordinates the processing of project related licenses and permits
- Conducts market research and prepares project business plan
- Continuous monitoring of market condition (e.g. competitors performance, new projects, etc.)
- Prepare financial projections and analysis
- Monitors progress of ongoing projects thru the entire development process until project turnover.
- Monitors project timetable, periodic budgets and targets, and consistency to the Board-approved development concept and project brand.
- Performs other task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or College Graduate with Business
or Economics related course
Experience : Must have least 3 years experience in business development functions /
market research / financial modeling
Other requirements: Must be mature, highly analytical and problem solving skills
Has excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work from Mondays to Fridays 8AM to 6:40PM 100% Onsite
