Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing and/or any 4-year course.
- With at least 6 years of proven experience working as Sales, specializing in construction materials, modular kitchen/cabinets, furniture/fixtures, coating, boards, and other hardware/industrial products.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction industry projects, modular furniture, and fit-out requirements.
- Advanced understanding of sales forecasting, project-based selling, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Trusted, adaptable, and able to assume expanded responsibilities when required.
- Willing to travel extensively and perform field work.
