AIRBNB HOST / GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (BEACH PROPERTY)
Location – San Remigio, Cebu
Full-Time | Onsite 4 Days a Week + Remote Coordination
About the Property:
Beachfront property with a mix of private villas and hotel-style rooms, located approximately 2.5 hours from the cebu city. We are looking for a warm, organized, reliable, and fluent in mobile app communications host to help us deliver a comfortable guest experience.
Role Overview:
As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, on-time communication, and memorable stays. You’ll be onsite 4 days a week to welcome guests and monitor the property, while the rest of your tasks (like guest messaging) can be done remotely.
Note: Upkeep, security, cleaning, and engineering are handled by a separate team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests onsite and assist with check-in/check-out (in person or online)
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages via Airbnb and chat apps
- Coordinate booking schedules and update availability calendars
- Do quick visual checks of villas/rooms to ensure guest readiness
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams when needed
- Provide local tips and hospitality support before, during, and after guest stays
Ideal Candidate:
- Lives nearby or can travel to the property 4x/week
- Transport or lodging support provided
- Friendly, trustworthy, and service-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using mobile apps and Airbnb (or willing to learn)
- Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
