Customer Service Sales Agent

We're a small, passionate pest control business based in Australia—and we're looking for 2 reliable and driven team members to grow with us.

Work Setup:

Must reside in Cebu

Required to work from our co-working space in Central Cebu 0NSITE

This position requires a personal laptop and headset (If you don’t currently have both, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying)

Experience:

Sales experience in a BPO setting is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales leads promptly
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to client emails courteously and on time
• Maintain real-time, accurate CRM data
• Stay organized while juggling multiple tasks

Schedule:

• Shift schedule : 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 12:30PM - 9:30 PM Melbourne Time
• 5 and half day work week on a 9-hour shift (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000
• HMO after 3 months
• 10 leave credits/year (convertible to cash if unused)
• 13th month bonus
• Observing Australian holidays
