Airbnb Host / Sales and Marketing Coordinator

• Manage Airbnb listings, reservations, and guest communications.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and booking requests.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings.
• Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
• Monitor room rates, occupancy levels, and competitor pricing.
• Generate corporate, long-stay, and group booking opportunities.
• Prepare occupancy, revenue, and performance reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, Airbnb hosting, hotel operations, sales, or marketing.
• Experience managing Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or similar online booking platforms is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales and marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
