About the role
TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about building a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower coordination, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, counseling, and administrative investigations while ensuring due process.
- Coordinate and support performance management activities, including probationary evaluations, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Organize training, learning, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership competencies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, manpower, employee movement, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with department heads to address manpower requirements and provide HR guidance on employee-related matters.
- Support HR compliance initiatives, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HR specialist role.
- Experience handling multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
