- Experience in:
- Construction site supervision
- Fit-out and interior works
- Structural and architectural coordination

- QA/QC monitoring
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Architectural plans
- Structural drawings
- MEPFS drawings
- Knowledge and proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit/BIM (advantage)
- MS Office and project monitoring tools
