Solutions Architect (Generalist)

We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect (Generalist) to design and deliver integrated enterprise IT solutions aligned with client business needs. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, and supporting end-to-end project implementation to ensure successful deployment and business growth.

• Design integrated enterprise solution roadmaps aligned with client requirements and business goals
• Recommend appropriate technologies that support sales margin and revenue growth
• Act as Technical Lead during project implementation until turnover
• Analyze and maintain a holistic profile of client business environments
• Provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements on existing installations
• Support growth of assigned technology and enterprise solutions portfolio
• Ensure achievement of assigned technical and business targets

• Bachelor’s degree in any Computer-related course
• Certifications in computing and digital technologies (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies including:
• Servers
• Storage
• Virtualization
• Networking
• Security
• Experience in IT consultancy, product research, or technical roles is required
• Technical sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong customer service orientation
