BE RESIDENCES is looking for a Design Coordinator/
Document Controller/ Junior Architect who is passionate about design and eager to grow in the real estate and property development industry. If you thrive in turning concepts into functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant plans, this is your chance to be part of a team shaping Cebu’s skyline.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Senior Architect in reviewing detailed project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to exchange ideas, gather feedback, and bring projects to life.
- Translate design concepts into precise, detailed drawings that guide construction and execution.
- Identify and resolve design or construction issues with creativity and practicality.
- Develop visual presentations and design renderings for internal and client review.
- Join site visits to assess conditions, take measurements, and contribute to project planning insights.
Qualifications/Requirements
What We’re Looking For- A Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA).
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in a design firm or real estate development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your design, drawings, and CAD proficiency.
