Is currently looking for:
ARCHITECT
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our construction team. The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities- Prepare architectural drawings and project plans
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review materials and construction documents
- Assist in project planning and design development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect is an advantage
- Experience in construction and project coordination preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Rest Day Schedule : SUNDAY
Time of Work : 8AM -5PM
