Job Description
Posted on 29 June 2026- Assist the Sales with supplier inquiries, costing, and pricing
- Coordinate with local suppliers and prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
- Review material requirements and BOQ for approved projects
- Prepare packing lists and coordinate with the warehouse for deliveries
- Compare supplier pricing and monitor annual price updates
- Maintain and process purchasing and sales documents, including invoices and delivery reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with local suppliers and internal departments.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
