Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue purchase orders.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and finance teams.
Resolve issues related to defective or delayed deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment when necessary.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and purchasing or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
