Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front Office Supervisor. This role is the face of our Island Department, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing reservations, front desk operations, and on-island activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Island staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, vouchers, and waivers with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate boat schedules, staff locations, and activity bookings in collaboration with the Boat Manager and Seasports Center.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on island activities and excursions, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Act as the communication link between the front desk and management, promptly reporting incidents.
• Uphold company values by maintaining professionalism, promoting goodwill, and delivering excellence in customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in front office, reservations, or customer service supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
