Sales Compensation Supervisor

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Compensation Supervisor to manage and streamline commission and incentive payouts for our sales partners. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in compensation processes while working closely with Sales, Finance, and the Accounts Receivable Management Group (ARMG).

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Plans

Implement, monitor, and communicate structured compensation plans; adjust based on business needs or market trends.

Commission Processing

Oversee timely and accurate computation of commissions and incentives; manage documentation, approvals, and issue resolution.

Account Coordination

Partner with ARMG to track account health, validate collections, and ensure proper alignment of commissions with verified sales.

Sales Partner Support

Serve as the main point of contact for compensation queries; provide guidance and training on maximizing earnings.

Performance & Reporting

Analyze sales and compensation data; provide insights and recommendations to improve compensation strategies.

Team Collaboration

Support and mentor associates; collaborate across departments to align compensation with business goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
3+ years in sales compensation, payroll, or finance
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High integrity and confidentiality
Can work independently and meet tight deadlines

Ability to commute/relocate:
Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
