Marketing Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in handling events, promotions, and marketing campaigns—preferably within the retail or mall industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Plan and oversee mall events, promotions, and brand activations
Coordinate with tenants, partners, suppliers, and external agencies
Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve department goals
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field
2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Supervisor or in a leadership role
Preferably with experience in the retail or mall industry

Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in handling marketing events, promotions, and brand campaigns
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
