Warehouse Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related course is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling, preferably in a hardware, lumber, construction supplies, or related industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience handling warehouse personnel, with experience managing daily operations and workforce scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Warehouse operations, inventory monitoring, and stock control.
• Supervision and coordination of warehouse personnel and daily activities.
• Receiving, storage, and distribution of construction, hardware, or related materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Implementation of warehouse safety practices and operational procedures.
• Coordination with logistics, purchasing, and other internal departments.

By working closely with internal departments and guiding the warehouse team, the supervisor helps maintain smooth daily operations and supports the company’s overall service and supply requirements. • Oversee the receiving, storing, and releasing of raw materials and finished goods to warehouse personnel, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring that all items are handled properly and accounted for accurately.
• Supervise and guide the warehouse workforce to assigned tasks and daily priorities, working closely with warehouse staff and coordinating with other departments, with the end result of organized and efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement in coordination with the inventory team, purchasing staff, and warehouse personnel, to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment of supplies.
• Check the proper storage and arrangement of materials with warehouse workers and designated handlers, to maintain order, prevent damage, and make goods easy to locate and release.
• Coordinate distribution and dispatch activities with logistics staff, drivers, and internal requestors, to ensure materials are released correctly and delivered on time.
• Enforce warehouse procedures, safety practices, and work standards among warehouse personnel and in coordination with management, with the end result of a safe, disciplined, and reliable warehouse environment.
