The Marketing Communications and Sustainability Officer is responsible for strengthening Etiqa's brand presence, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability agenda through creative storytelling, data-driven marketing initiatives, digital content development, and ESG communications.
The role serves as a multi-disciplinary contributor across brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, sustainability initiatives, analytics, and stakeholder engagement, helping reinforce Etiqa's commitment to Humanizing Insurance while supporting business growth and corporate reputation objectives.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or any related discipline.
- Experience: 5 years+ experience in Advertising Agency or Marketing
- Experience in financial services, insurance, digital marketing is an advantage.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or advanced Canva utilization. Familiar with AI tools.
- Communication: Strong English and Filipino written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for spelling and grammatical errors.
- Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about sustainability topics.
