Job Summary

The Senior HR Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting and leading Human Capital Management system initiatives, including system configuration, integrations, testing and issue resolution. Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role drives system reliability, supports cross-functional collaboration and ensures high-quality service delivery across global HR operations.

What you'll do
  • Support and lead configuration of HCM systems based on business requirements including user access, system security and integrations
  • Coordinate and execute system testing activities including user acceptance testing and integration testing
  • Manage system implementation timelines and support project planning activities
  • Analyze HR system requirements across payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, performance management and compensation
  • Provide support during system upgrades, enhancements and new software implementations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvements and optimize system performance
  • Monitor system functionality and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical and functional support for HR systems including Workday, UKG and ServiceNow
  • Contribute to change management, incident management and request management processes

What we're looking for

Experience
  • 3–5 years in Human Capital Management systems configuration and business process support required
  • Experience working on large-scale projects within a global shared services environment required
  • Knowledge of HR systems including Workday, UKG or similar platforms required
  • Knowledge of incident management, change management and HR case management tools preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field required
Certifications
  • Workday Certification – Workday Inc. preferred
Skills
  • Strong business process analysis and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of functional design, system modeling and software testing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation capability
  • Ability to influence and provide consultative recommendations to stakeholders

  • Experience using ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management and HR Case Management
