Job Description

• Conduct health assessments and first aid treatment for employees
• Monitor and record BMI (Body Mass Index) and overall employee health status.
• Assist in medical consultations and referrals when needed
• Facilitate vaccination programs
• Coordinate and support Annual Physical Examination (APE) of employees
• Maintain and update employee medical records and health documentation
• Provide health education and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards
• Assist in company compliance with DOLE requirements and reporting
• Manage and respond to workplace emergencies and injuries
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and hospitals for employee referrals
• Assist in occupational health programs and company safety initiatives

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• With or without experience
• Knowledge in Basic Life Support (BLS) and first aid (often required or an advantage)
• Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards is an advantage
• Strong understanding of DOLE regulations related to workplace health and safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Basic computer skills for medical records and reporting
• Willingness to handle administrative and clinical nursing tasks
• Physically and mentally fit for work in a corporate or industrial setting
