Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Company Nurse to provide healthcare support and promote employee wellness within the organization. The Company Nurse will be responsible for administering first aid, monitoring employee health conditions, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

• Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist employees during medical emergencies.
• Monitor and record employees’ medical conditions and maintain accurate health records.
• Conduct health assessments and assist during Annual Physical Examinations (APE).
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers when necessary.
• Promote workplace health and wellness programs.
• Monitor inventory of medicines and medical supplies and prepare requests for replenishment.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety policies.
• Support HR and management in employee health-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government health regulations.
• Prepare incident reports and health-related documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse or company nurse is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical documentation.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules if required.
