Assess and monitor employee health conditions and workplace injuries
Maintain medical records and health documentation of employees
Conduct health assessments such as vital signs monitoring and basic screening
Assist in workplace safety and health programs (OSH)
Coordinate with hospitals or clinics for employee referrals when needed
Manage and dispense basic medicines and medical supplies
Conduct health education and wellness programs for employees
Assist in emergency response situations and medical incidents on-site
Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
Prepare incident and medical reports as required
Qualifications/Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC licenseExperience in occupational health or clinic/hospital setting is an advantage
Knowledge of basic emergency care and first aid procedures
Familiar with OSH standards and workplace health protocols
Good communication and interpersonal skills
