Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Job SummaryThe Company Nurse provides first aid, health monitoring, and medical support to employees while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. The role ensures compliance with occupational health standards and responds promptly to workplace medical needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and immediate medical attention to employees when needed.
Monitor the health and well-being of employees and maintain medical records.
Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
Conduct basic health assessments and refer cases to hospitals or clinics as necessary.
Coordinate with management on workplace health policies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper management of the company clinic or medical station.
Educate employees on proper health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
Perform other health-related duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) – must have a valid license.
Must possess Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certificate.
Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
With or without prior experience as a company nurse.
Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
Available to work Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsible, compassionate, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
Qualifications/Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) – must have a valid license.Must possess Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certificate.
Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
With or without prior experience as a company nurse.
Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
Available to work Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsible, compassionate, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
