Affiliate Marketing Manager

The Affiliate Marketing Manager leads a team of affiliate marketing officers, reporting directly to the Marketing Division Head. This role focuses on expanding affiliate partnerships in the OFW/Seaman loan sector by developing and executing a strategy that leverages influencers, community leaders, and financial professionals to generate high-quality leads and drive loan applications.

• Team Management: Supervise Affiliate Marketing Officers to ensure targets are met.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates (e.g., OFW influencers, financial advisors, remittance partners).
• Develop commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions.
• Provide training and marketing materials to affiliates for seamless onboarding.
• Strategy & Campaign Development:
• Design and execute data-driven campaigns to increase lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to create assets for affiliates.
• Partner Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships to optimize performance.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with key insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships, with experience in financial services or fintech being a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to design and develop strategic marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with OFW communities, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage.
• Willingness to go on fieldwork.
