Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager - HR Primo Management Services

The Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships. This role will directly manage the Influencer Marketing Specialist and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, build, and nurture long-term partnerships with influencers, UGC creators, and KOLs to align with brand goals and drive sales
  • Plan and manage influencer-led product launches, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between the brand and influencers, affiliates, and community partners
  • Oversee campaigns such as TikTok affiliate collaborations and Goal Getter community initiatives to enhance brand loyalty
  • Expand and optimize the affiliate network through performance-based partnerships to drive revenue
  • Lead and support the Influencer and Affiliate Specialists in achieving their KPIs and campaign objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and refine campaign strategies
  • Stay updated on local and international beauty brand activations to inspire innovative brand initiatives
  • Track and evaluate the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI)
  • Prepare weekly reports with data-driven insights and propose strategic improvements to the Head of Marketing
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Deep interest in beauty and cosmetics, with awareness of current market and consumer trends
