Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a sharp focus on maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) across paid media channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in e-commerce environments and is skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Work Arrangement:
- Full 5-day onsite work (Monday to Friday) at our office in Makati
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a primary focus on increasing ROAS and driving profitable growth.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta, ensuring efficient use of ad spend to maximize revenue.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and fine-tune audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives to improve ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify winning ad creatives and messaging that deliver the highest returns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively adjust strategies to ensure ROAS goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-converting ad assets that align with data insights and performance benchmarks.
- Stay current with algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and platform-specific best practices that influence ROAS.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets with precision, ensuring optimal spend distribution based on campaign profitability and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, with a strong track record of achieving high ROAS across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
- Proficiency in ad management and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion tracking, and e-commerce KPIs, especially ROAS.
- Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital retail performance campaigns is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
