Affiliate Community Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Community Manager to grow and manage our affiliate marketing network across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners (KOLs & content creators) to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Recruit and onboard affiliates, influencers, and content creators on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Develop engagement strategies to nurture and retain the affiliate community.
- Host quarterly events to engage and retain affiliate community
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and manage content (guides, tips, and updates) to support affiliates in promoting our products.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on affiliate trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or community management.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada affiliate programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Can work fully onsite in Makati City.
