POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN CHRO ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Assist with confidential matters such as performance reviews, compensation, and succession planning.
  • Support internal communication and ensure HR information is effectively shared across departments.
  • Help manage projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
