POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN CHRO ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Assist with confidential matters such as performance reviews, compensation, and succession planning.
- Support internal communication and ensure HR information is effectively shared across departments.
- Help manage projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATION- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
