Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage office supplies, records, and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if needed
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement functions as needed
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and office organization

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office staff (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
