1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
5. Thorough understanding of food safety, health, and safety regulations
6. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability
