With our growing nationwide operations, we are hiring Restaurant Managers who will take charge of both profitability and day-to-day restaurant operations.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service quality, food safety, and team performance. This role assists in managing P&L responsibilities, staff supervision, and guest service excellence, while serving as the acting manager in the Store Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support
  • Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH coordination.
  • Monitor food quality, service speed, and sanitation compliance.
  • Enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance with DOLE and DOH regulations.
  • Support in cost control, inventory management, and cash handling.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise and coach staff to ensure service consistency and productivity.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, manpower allocation, and shift supervision.
  • Support the Store Manager in training new hires and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Help foster a positive workplace culture that motivates employees to deliver results.
Customer Service & Sales
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Assist in implementing sales-building initiatives and marketing promotions.
  • Ensure upselling and service standards are consistently executed by staff.
Financial & Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, labor cost tracking, and expense monitoring.
  • Verify POS accuracy and compliance in cash handling.
  • Support Store Manager in analyzing store performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F&B or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and basic P&L principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned to different branches as needed.
