We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the launch and operations of Moderna. This is a key leadership role with strong growth potential within our expanding group.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience.
- Manage P&L, labor costs, and food cost targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to uphold standards and culture.
- Implement purchasing, inventory, and supplier management systems.
- Work closely with the culinary team for consistent menu execution.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Report directly to the Group CEO and align with group KPIs.
- At least 5 years management experience in premium casual or upscale dining.
- Proven financial and operational management skills.
- Strong leadership and people development ability.
- Opening-launch experience a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; Italian language a plus.
- Familiarity with wines, cocktails, and modern dining concepts.
- ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 net monthly salary + Service Charge
