We are a technology and software development company seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in market developments, especially in fintech and digital financial solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for identifying new business opportunities and managing partnerships—particularly with Chinese-speaking clients—but also for overseeing the operational implementation of business strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with our software products and services.Identify and engage clients, partners, and investors, especially from Chinese speaking sector.
Promote and position our technology offerings in the financial services and lending sectors.
Oversee day-to-day operations related to business development and client delivery to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
Coordinate with internal development, product, and compliance teams to align operational processes with business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to support data-driven growth strategies.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and external negotiations.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development and operations management, ideally in a tech or fintech company.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required for business communications.
Experience in client relationship management and cross-border operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and digital finance ecosystems is a plus.
