What a Business Development Manager Looks forward to doing well

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding EMSI’s presence within the financial service industry, specializing in kiosk machines, cash management, and other services. This role leads market development, builds strategic partnerships, and identifies opportunities for sales, servicing, and maintenance.

The position also manages the business development team and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and overall company goals.

What you will do

Strategic Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the cash management and secure services sector.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within cash logistics, collection services, and financial support operations.
  • Align business development initiatives with company objectives, focusing on service innovation and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and regulatory developments.
  • Create market entry and go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.
  • Monitor market performance and adjust plans in response to operational data and industry movement.
Partnership Development & Client Management
  • Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with banks, financial institutions, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and secure agreements that enhance service capability and revenue potential.
  • Build long-term stakeholder relationships to strengthen EMSI’s brand presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote service offerings.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client requirements related to cash operations and financial machine servicing.
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue within the secure services and cash logistics market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design and execute sales plans.
  • Ensure customer retention through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance, revenue growth, and pipeline progress.
  • Analyze operational and market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Participate in strategic planning and company-wide decision-making processes.
