Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze structural designs using STAAD / ETABS
- Assist in design of residential houses and condominium projects
- Review structural plans, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects and project team for design alignment
- Support project planning and technical documentation
- Ensure designs comply with codes and safety standards
- Assist in value engineering and design optimization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
- 1–2 years experience in structural/design work
- Knowledge in STAAD, ETABS, or structural software
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Willing to work in an office-based (developer-side) role
- Experience in residential or condominium projects
- Exposure to design consultancy or structural office work
- Not purely site-based experience
