Posted on 7 April 2026- Analyze construction plans for Electrical, Electronics, FDAS & all Auxiliary
- Trades and prepare quantity requirements
- Prepare or coordinate to Third-party CM for accuracy of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare and review contract documents, including scope of work, conditions of contracts, and variations.
- Take accurate quantity measurements from design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare bill quantities and schedules of rates for tendering procurement purposes.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in quantity surveying within the real estate or construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Electrical& Auxiliary, Mechanical, Plumbing design, Fire Protection & other building Plans
