About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Retailer Account Executive to support our growing independent retail business, with a strong focus on assisting in managing all Faire.com operations across our portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (1–2 years of experience) who wants to learn the ropes of wholesale, marketplace operations, and retailer relationship management. You’ll work closely with the Independent Retailer Account Manager to keep our storefronts running smoothly, optimize listings, manage day-to-day retailer communication, and help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
FAIRE Support (House of Party, Roofus, Luna Naturals, Fomin)- Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts
- Support in optimizing listings, images, and product details to improve visibility and sales
- Monitor and respond to basic retailer inquiries with guidance from the Account Manager
- Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Help troubleshoot platform-related issues in collaboration with the Account Manager
- Research potential boutique and specialty retail partners across North America
- Support outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media to connect with retailers
- Assist in preparing wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, or collection presentations
- Maintain and update CRM records to track conversations and retailer status
- Provide administrative support for wholesale contracts and order processing
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, B2B sales support, marketplace operations, or ecommerce
- Familiarity with independent retail or wholesale platforms (experience with Faire, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for consumer brands, retail, and building strong customer relationships
- Learn and grow under the mentorship of an experienced Account Manager
