- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative (TSR) in a BPO environment
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting NBN services or handling an NBN campaign
- Experience supporting Australian telecommunications customers or working on an Australian Telco account is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field, completion of at least 2 years of college, or a Technical, Vocational, or Associate degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and technical support processes
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately (ASAP)
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and technical issues through phone, email, and chat while delivering clear, accurate solutions
- Handle NBN-related issues with urgency, attention to detail, and timely resolution
- Record inquiries, resolutions, follow-ups, and case updates accurately in CRM and support systems
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, tools, and support procedures
- Manage multiple cases, tasks, and customer requests in a fast-paced support environment
- Support additional operational, administrative, and technical tasks as assigned
