Job Summary
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical HR services and solutions by implementing various HR systems and processes, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, an HR information system, and other people initiatives, in coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities related to the review of the organization structure and staffing requirements in coordination with other departments
- Leads in implementing recruitment activities in coordination with third-party providers or consultants, and with the requisitioning department
- Conducts pre-screening assessments and interviews with job applicants, facilitates interview schedules and activities.
- Prepares job offers and onboarding documents
- Administers salary increases and adjustments, and ensures accurate documentation.
- Administers benefits program based on company policies and regulations
- Leads in the implementation of the performance management system
- Administers the HR Information system, ensuring quality and timely updating of information
- Coordinates the implementation of approved technical, values, Christian, and leadership training and enhancement programs
- Coordinates the implementation of the Code of Conduct and employee discipline
- Maintains employee 201 records timely and accurately
Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering
- At least three (3) years’ experience in salary and benefits administration, labor laws, employee discipline, and employee issues
- Prior experience in implementing HR programs and managing an HR information system
- Understanding of Christian ministry and biblical principles
- Understands and upholds the ethics of confidentiality and upholds honesty in all work aspects
